A special new micro batch shrub for summer 2021! 🍓

Have you tasted the strawberry gum? Fragrant, unusual, like berries steeped in something inexplicably luxurious. We’re obsessed! The leaf of the Australian native Strawberry gum eucalyptus, or Eucalyptus olida is rich in essential oils and is endemic to the lands just west of here on Gumbaynggirr, Githabul and Yaegl country. 

This new shrub is made with strawberry gum leaves steeped with fresh whole guavas from just up the road in Nimbin, cold pressed pineapple juice and fresh whole strawberries to boost the fruity jewel vibe. 

Rich and velvety, a completely Australian fruit punch... maybe it's your new favourite?

This shrub has a slight natural carbonation from fermentation- so you might get extra fizz. Please take care when opening and always keep it in the fridge. 

We recommend about 35mls of this summer fruit punch with sparkling water over ice ♥️
