Fire Cider 200ml - A tincture of potent immune herbs this traditional folk remedy is absolutely essential throughout winter. We cut no corners with the quality or quantity of ingredients we use, making a truly unique and potent Fire Cider that will wow your taste buds and bring you back from the dead.  

We long ferment fresh organic ginger, garlic, turmeric, horseradish, chillies, rosehips, thyme, oranges, lemons, onions, spearmint in raw apple cider vinegar. Raw honey helps make it an umami delight. It gets right into the cockles and warms and invigorates - clears sinuses and supports immunity. 

Dose: 1 tablespoon or a good glug- in a mug, topped with boiling water, sipped like a tea. Take as shot if you want the extra chillie buzz and sinus clearing. 

Heart Therapeutics YEP tea 30 gm vial- An organic blend of yarrow, elder flower, peppermint tea- traditionally used to lift fevers, clear sinuses and boost defenses against colds and flus, this blend has added thyme, which traditionally clears lungs, helping to expectorate mucus and fight infection.
