Refund policy

To Cancel or Change an Order

If you wish to change or cancel an order before it has been dispatched, please email us as soon as possible at Hello@pyewacketstraditional.com with your order number or from the email address you placed your order with so we can help you.

Returns
Food and drink items cannot be returned for a change of mind because of health reasons. If you don't love your order, please email us at Hello@pyewacketstraditional.com - Katrina or Genna will get back to you personally.

Exchanges
We will of course replace items if they are defective or damaged. If your product arrives broken or leaking, please email us, including a photo of the damage, to Hello@pyewacketstraditional.com.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary, but we will send out the replacement as quickly as possible.
