How to Make A Shrub Soda

  1. Fill a glass with ice.
  2. Pour in your shot of shrub - start with 35ml and adjust to taste.
  3. Top with sparkling water - 200ml is a great ratio.
  4. Stir gently.
  5. Garnish! Add a slice of lemon, a sprig of mint, or a dash of bitters.
  6. Sip slowly and enjoy your botanical soda ✨
