A divine and perfectly balanced blend of blueberries, juniper, lavender and beetroot. This isn’t your grandmas lavender. Its the deep rich tones of the crooning lounge singer in a velvet jacket- the one with the strength to hold room and panache to pull it off in style. The whole juiced beetroot and puréed blueberries are subtle and earthy in taste- exquisite in colour. This shrub is floral forward. High in antioxidants. Fermented on raw honey, it is sugar free. 

Pop in the fridge when you get it.

This shrub is divine to look at and divine to drink. It is the perfect aperitif on a hot day and really feels like I am drinking a fancy squid ink gin and tonic. Don’t even miss the gin. :D

This is scary-good.
I'm a fan of pretty much all of Pyewacket's products, but this one gets big propers.
It's the beets! Dark, deep, delicious and daringly discernible on the palate against a theatrical backdrop of blueberries and lavender, brought to stiff attention by snippy Juniper. This old-school cordial loves gin like I love gin, so we were bound to be friends. Get some.

Purple Bliss!

I love all your shrubs, but this one is particularly relaxing at cocktail hour after a long day. Added to a nice gin with some smooshed up blueberries in the glass, and topped up with soda water, this flavour is BLISS! <3
