If we could take the crisp winter sunshine and put it in a bottle - this would be it. Lemons freshly picked on Bungjalung country (usually by us) blended with freshly harvested green aromatic rosemary needles from the Pyewackets garden. Bright, tart, perfectly balanced for a vitamin C and antioxidant hit. Contains a lot of fresh rosemary, the flavour comes through delightfully. 

Makes the most delicious take on a Lemon, Lime and Bitters mixed with our Aromatic Bitters. Available together in a beautifully wrapped gift box here.  

Like all our shrubs, keep it in the fridge.  

How to use

Add 35ml of shrub to 200ml sparkling water with ice. Garnish with citrus or fresh rosemary if you wish. We also like this one super diluted - Add just a dash to your water bottle to give it a delightful lemony zing.

I only just tried this. Wasn’t sure if I would like. BUT it is amazing on the rotation with the watermelon basil and pineapple mint. Fabulous

Yum yum!

Such a fresh and delicious addition to soda water! The rosemary flavour gives it such a good kick! I use heaps of ice and mint from the garden too. Yum yum!
