    An Australian twist on the traditional Mint Julep, the drink of the Kentucky derby which would be bourbon, mint syrup and crushed ice served in a frozen silver goblet. This Pineapple Mint Julep shrub brings the pineapple and four kinds of fresh mint from our backyard.

    Pop in the fridge when you get it.

    How to use

    Mix 35ml of shrub with 200ml of sparkling water or soda water and ice for a refreshing botanical soda.
    Ingredients

    Cold Pressed Pineapple, Raw Organic Apple Cider Vinegar, Raw Sugar, Fresh Mint grown in our Pyewackets Garden.

    Holy moly, I discovered this shrub in the sampler box I treated myself to recently and I've now bought a 500ml bottle. It's pineappley and ever slightly minty and so refreshing! I have had to give up booze due to perimenopause sleep issues and think that these shrubs are the perfect booze replacement. I make up around 40ml of shrub topped with soda water in a nice crystal glass and garnish it with lime. Really really good.
