    This fragrant and fruity ode to summer is our best-selling shrub, and for good reason. This is the most darling, uplifting and naturally sweet shrub we have. Cold pressed fresh watermelon fermented in our premium raw apple cider vinegar mother and infused with organic basil. Basil is often overlooked as a digestive herb, but really deserves recognition in this area.

    The most delicious way to include plant-based nutrition in your daily life. 

    What does it taste like?

    Fruity, naturally sweet with just a touch of vanilla. The basil provides a sophisticated edge to this complex yet smooth shrub.

    How to use

    Mix 35ml of shrub with 200ml of sparkling water or soda water and ice for a soft pink refreshing botanical spritz.

    Wonderfully refreshing

    I happen to love watermelon - particularly on a warm day - so this was drink I was looking forward to and it did not disappoint. I tried it on ice with soda water and it was just the drop on a hot afternoon. The hint of basil (another favourite flavour) was just right. I only wish I could buy it in larger bottles.

    We love the Watermelon and Basil shrub in our house. Such a great alternative to cordial and soft drink, and my kids love it. Lovely summery drink for those lazy afternoons by the pool.

    Refreshing and super tasty

    Holy moly, I discovered this shrub in the sampler box I treated myself to recently and I've now bought a 500ml bottle. Fruity, summery, just delicious. I use it as a booze replacement in a fancy crystal vase topped with soda water and a few mint leaves chucked in. By far the best alcohol substitute I've been able to find. I will be trying it with gin at some stage, but as I've pretty much quit booze, I'll stick to soda water for now. Can't wait to buy more flavours!
