Can I change my products after I’ve subscribed?

Absolutely and great idea! Mix up your herbal care package with bitters when you want digestive support or add some Fire Cider immunity tonic when flu season hits. All these edits can be made in your profile.

Can I pause or skip an order?

Of course! Modify, pause or skip an upcoming order in your profile. Any issues let us know at hello@pyewacketstraditional.com and we will sort it for you.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Your subscription includes a minimum commitment of two orders: your initial purchase plus one recurring order just to give it a good try. After that, you can cancel any time. Log in to your account to manage your subscription. If you have any issues at all, email hello@pyewacketstraditional.com and we’ll sort it for you.

How does the discount and free gift work?

Your discount is applied automatically to every subscription order. Your seasonal free gift is added when packing your order.

How do I pay for each order?

Your payment details are stored securely and your card is automatically charged when each recurring order is processed. You’ll receive an email each time before this happens.
