For those new to the world of shrubs and wishing to dip their toe in, this is the most darling, uplifting and naturally sweet shrub we have. Cold pressed fresh watermelon fermented in our premium raw apple cider vinegar mother and infused with organic basil. Basil is often overlooked as a digestive herb, but really deserves recognition in this area.

This is the most delicious way to include plant-based nutrition in our daily lives. 

What does it taste like?

Fruity, naturally sweet with just a touch of vanilla. The basil provides a sophisticated edge to this complex yet smooth shrub.

How to use

Mix 35ml of shrub with 200ml of sparkling water or soda water and ice for a soft pink refreshing botanical spritz.

Refreshing and super tasty

Holy moly, I discovered this shrub in the sampler box I treated myself to recently and I've now bought a 500ml bottle. Fruity, summery, just delicious. I use it as a booze replacement in a fancy crystal vase topped with soda water and a few mint leaves chucked in. By far the best alcohol substitute I've been able to find. I will be trying it with gin at some stage, but as I've pretty much quit booze, I'll stick to soda water for now. Can't wait to buy more flavours!
