     When it's hot do you like to stay cool? Do you like drinks refreshing but not too sweet? Do you like words like crisp, fresh and hydrate? Do you like the colour pink? Do you like gin? This shrub is all colour and depth. Serve with gin or stand alone. 

    All our shrubs are low sugar but this probably the least sweet. It truly tastes like cucumbers followed by a delightfully sour vitamin C hit from the rosella flowers.

    How to use

    Mix 35ml of shrub with 200ml of sparkling water or soda water and ice for a refreshing botanical soda.
