Cucumber Hibiscus Quarentini


Rosella (hibiscus) bringing the natural colour and the vitamin C to the Cucumber Hibiscus Quarentini. Recipe makes one. Of course. 

Dissolve a spoonful of raw honey in a generous shot of gin (or vodka).
Add 20ml of cucumber hibiscus shrub and stir over lots of ice - let it melt a little then strain into a fancy glass and take 3 deep breaths.
