Rosemary Lemonade Gimlet


The Rosemary Lemonade Gimlet is our take on this boozy classic cocktail for gin lovers.

45mls of good gin

 

 

 

 

15mls rosemary lemonade shrub

1 tsp honey or agave syrup

10mls soda water or still chilled water

 

Stir the honey into the gin to dissolve then put all the ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice and shake well. Strain and serve in a martini glass with a sprig of rosemary or citrus wheel.
