Made in collaboration with our friends at Cape Byron Distillery who make the most incredible macadamia and wattleseed liquor ever. We went to their place, made a bunch of drinks and found this combination was truly something special.
Here's how to make it:
60ml Mac by Brookie’s
30ml Pyewacket’s Traditional Apple Pye Shrub
Build over a short glass filled to the brim with ice then top up with soda water.
Garnish with an apple slice, cinnamon stick or star anise.
