The Cosmopolitan is a classic. Often disregarded by uptight bartenders but secretly enjoyed by almost everybody. Nothing gets a party started like a slap of sweet and sour and pink. Here we replace the traditional cranberry juice with our Strawberry Rose Shrub - bringing all the tartness, sweetness and pinkness that would come from cranberry juice and adding a soft scent of roses. 45ml Vodka
25ml Strawberry Rose Shrub
15ml Cointreau
15ml Fresh lime juice
Build in a cocktail shaker on plenty of ice - strain out into a martini glass.
Garnish with a strawberry, an orange twist, a lime or lemon slice.
