From the moment I tasted our seasonal Grapefruit and Hops Shrub all I could think about was making a Paloma (ok truth be told I was also thinking Mimosa). 

This cocktail is perfect for sunshine and picnics and not driving. That’s 2 shots of tequila in there!

You can build it straight into your glass. Salt the glass rim, maybe will a little citrus zest mixed through if you’ve got it. Add 45ml of Grapefruit shrub, 60ml of tequila, a big ice cube or if its hot maybe crushed ice to get it super cold fast. Top up the glass with cold soda water and give it a good stir. Garnish with dehydrated citrus.
