Mango Margarita Mocktail 🥭

This recipe uses the complex and layered mango, lime and jalapeño shrub to make an alcohol free, sippable short drink. 
Perfectly balanced with sweetness and texture from the mango flesh, a bit sour from the lime juice and vinegar, a little aromatic zing from the lime zest oils and of course, a little spice from those homegrown jalapeños. 
Salt the rim of a margarita or short glass (option but oh so delicious)
add one big ice cube
40ml of Mango, Lime Jalapeño Shrub
15ml of agave syrup (optional) 
120ml of soda water (or enough to top up the glass)
Garnish with fresh or dried lime
